Dear Me

Dear Me,

I know life has not always been easy for you. There were times you felt lost, disconnected from yourself, and unsure if you were ever truly enough. You carried pain quietly, stayed guarded to protect your heart, and kept going even on the days when simply getting through felt heavy.

But look at you now.

You are becoming the woman you once needed.

A woman who creates safe spaces not only for others, but finally for herself too.

A woman learning that softness is not weakness, and that love does not always have to be earned through struggle.

I know you still doubt yourself sometimes. You still overthink, still fear being misunderstood, still carry wounds from the past that occasionally whisper old stories into your mind. But those stories are no longer your truth.

Your truth is this:

You are healing.

You are growing.

You are worthy of love exactly as you are.

You have already survived moments you once thought would break you. You have rebuilt yourself from grief, disappointment, heartbreak, exhaustion, and fear. And somehow, even after all of that, your heart still chooses kindness. That is your magic.

Please remember that you do not need to rush your journey. You do not need to have everything figured out. The woman you are becoming is unfolding in divine timing.

Be proud of yourself for how far you have come.

For the boundaries you now set.

For the love you are learning to accept.

For the dreams you refused to give up on.

One day you will look back at this version of yourself with so much compassion. You will realise she was doing her best while carrying more than anyone could see.

So dear me…

Keep trusting yourself.

Keep choosing peace.

Keep believing in the life you are creating.

Because despite everything you have been through, you are still here.

Still loving.

Still trying.

Still shining.

And that is something truly beautiful.

Love always,

Me 💛

There’s something powerful about writing to yourself with the same softness and understanding you give to everyone else.

These self letters are like the kind you keep and come back to on the hard days , the gentle reminder that you’re not the same person you used to be, and that’s a beautiful thing.

Why not give it a go and write yourself a dear me letter.
